2% ZONE21 TICKETING COMMISSION

For every ticket sold through the Zone21 platform, the Organizer agrees that Zone21 will receive a 2% ticketing commission. The commission is calculated on the ticket price paid by the customer and is deducted in the same currency as the ticket.

Example (USD)

If a customer purchases a ticket for US$100:

  • Ticket price: US$100
  • Zone21 commission (2%): US$2
  • Amount remaining: US$98

If 1,000 tickets are sold at US$100 each:

  • Total ticket sales: US$100,000
  • Zone21 2% commission: US$2,000
  • Remaining amount: US$98,000

Ticket Sales and Settlement

Where Zone21 receives ticket payments on behalf of the Organizer, Zone21 may deduct its 2% ticketing commission before transferring the applicable balance to the Organizer. All settlements are made in the currency the tickets were sold in.

Organiser Acknowledgement

By accepting this Agreement, the Organizer expressly acknowledges and agrees that Zone21 charges a 2% commission on every ticket sold through the Zone21 platform.
