Questions

Is the annual fee a one-time payment or monthly?
One payment covers a full year of unlimited access. No hidden fees, no automatic charges — you renew manually when you're ready.
Which currencies do you accept?
We bill in USD for most regions and South African Rand (ZAR) for South Africa, Lesotho, Eswatini and Namibia. Your invoice will automatically use the right currency — you can also switch manually above.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your account stays active but booking is locked. You can still browse artists and manage existing requests — you just can't send new ones until you renew.
Can I renew early?
Yes. If you renew while still active, the new 12 months are added on top of your existing expiry — you never lose days.
How long does approval take?
Typically within 2 hours during the day, and always within 24 hours. You'll be notified in your inbox the moment it's approved.
What if my payment is rejected?
You'll receive a notification with the reason. You can generate a new invoice and try again, or contact support via WhatsApp for help.
I forgot my password — can I reset it?
Yes. Open the Sign In window and tap "Forgot password?", then enter your email. A secure reset link will be sent to you — be sure to check your inbox and your spam / junk folder.
